Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s communication channels, ensuring timely responses to requests for quotes and information.
- Forward inquiries to the appropriate team members as necessary.
- Develop and distribute proposals to clients.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate scheduling for engineering teams.
- Arrange travel and accommodation logistics as required.
- Adapt to last-minute changes in schedules to ensure client needs are met promptly.
- Generate reports and emails, maintain databases, and handle expense processing.
- Assist the Planning Supervisor with various tasks as needed.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
About You:
- Strong organizational skills to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Proficient in IT and familiar with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Sage 200 is a plus (training available).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively based on business requirements.
- Initiative-driven with a collaborative team spirit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle due to location constraints.
