Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance within our organization. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality processes and procedures throughout the business, maintaining our ISO 9001 2015 accreditation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems: Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems, processes, and procedures to uphold product and service quality throughout the business.
  • Monitor and Evaluate KPIs: Implement, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance throughout the business.
  • Conduct Regular Audits: Plan and conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations through every department.
  • Collaborate with Production Team: Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement improvements to production processes.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Monitor production output and conduct periodic quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to the business, ensuring compliance with the latest standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions, producing reports to discuss KPIs and areas of improvement with the senior management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and implementing quality assurance best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve quality objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control Knowledge: In-depth understanding of quality control and relevant legal standards.
