Job Summary:

ASC Connections Ltd is seeking a highly skilled NPI Quality Assurance Specialist to join their Technical Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the production of high-precision components for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support improvement projects to increase quality output and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on status and quality reports.
  • Implement best practice solutions and reduce non-value-added activities.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust right-first-time methodology.
  • Support the procurement of new tools for projects and production.
  • Liaise with the sales department to expand customer markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Drive a continuous improvement mentality throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Confidence in quality documentation such as PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, and PFMEA.
  • Experience in project management in NPI or prototype manufacturing is beneficial.
