Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to join our team in the Heavy Engineering / Foundry sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process development and quality assurance, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  2. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the Heavy Engineering / Foundry sector.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Heavy Engineering / Foundry sector.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Materials Science.
  3. Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and willingness to learn and adapt.
