Job Description

ASC Connections Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-precision components, is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to join their Technical Team.

The company, which supplies high-precision components to OEMs globally, is experiencing a period of growth and is looking to bolster its engineering team.

The main focus for the role is Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring that products meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations.

The NPI Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and ensuring that products meet their expectations.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and customer satisfaction, with experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success.

They will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

They will also have a strong understanding of quality management systems and be able to implement and maintain them.
