Administrative Support Coordinator

As an Office Manager with our family-owned construction company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Management team. Your duties will include diary management, where you will assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
You will be responsible for event planning, including corporate events, meetings, and special events. Additionally, you will handle front-of-house activities, providing a professional greeting to visitors. General office duties will also be part of your responsibilities.
Your tasks will involve monitoring company fleet and scheduling repairs, as well as raising purchase orders for materials. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, health and safety, and accreditation standards.
In this full-time, fully office-based position (Monday to Friday), you will manage the holiday schedule, keeping track of everyone's time off. You will set up files for new projects, organizing necessary documentation, and maintain accurate records of membership renewals, including CHAS and Safe Contractor.
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of efficiently managing multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email management tools is also essential.
Based on industry standards and regional averages, we estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
