Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the People Operations and Data & Systems services, ensuring efficient operations, continuous process improvement, and an enhanced employee experience.
  • Manage recruitment, HR systems, people operations, information, and reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to support the university's academic and professional services.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and support university-wide projects, including the Academic Faculty and Professional Services Restructure, HESA, Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap, IR35, Industrial Relations Pay Deductions, and UKVI Audit.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with data systems and proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills, with strong communication and analytical skills to effectively communicate complex data and insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, demonstrating resilience, flexibility, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
