Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at ERS. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling new enquiries, amendments to existing policies, and policy renewals
  • Responding to customer and broker queries via phone and email
  • Providing accurate information to customers and brokers about their insurance policies
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with brokers and other stakeholders
  • Producing policy documentation and issuing correspondence to customers and brokers
  • Building knowledge of our products and services to become a subject matter expert

Requirements

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for successful customer interaction
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understanding of good customer service principles
  • Excellent organisational skills and prioritisation
  • Drive to continually improve the way we work and the services we provide
