We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our front of house team at Plasmarl, Commercial Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers to the Dealership and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout their visit.
  • Efficiently handle customer service calls and face-to-face enquires, including making customer appointments, providing pricing information, and relaying technical information.
  • Understand repair requirements and effectively communicate these to customers, enabling them to make informed decisions.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, a keen focus on attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
