Customer Service Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely order processing and dispatch
  • Order invoicing and tracking
  • Administrating credit and returns
  • Maintenance of customer accounts and product data via Sage and customer portals
  • Supporting Key Account Manager on KPIs to ensure operational performance and account health

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Competency with MS Office Packages
  • Ability to build good working relationships
