As a Graduate HR Administrator at Page Personnel Sales, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, developing and implementing training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates
* Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
* Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates
* Prepare offer letters for new employees
* Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects

## Requirements

* Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
