Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to take on the role of Area Manager for Strengthening & Supporting Families within our organization.
About the Role
As an Area Manager, you will oversee teams located in various regions, focusing on enhancing family safety and well-being within their communities. You will lead a motivated group that practices from an inclusive, strength-based model, ensuring that families receive the support they need.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified registered social worker with a proven track record in managing teams through transformative processes. You will be responsible for delivering statutory services in collaboration with our multi-agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Analyze data and monitor quality assurance metrics.
- Report findings and progress to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and support within the teams.
- Implement innovative practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Children & Family Court Proceedings and possess experience in leading teams through change. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
