We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and shape services in Adult Social Care and Health, making a real difference to the lives of others.
The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and overall leadership and management of Adult Social Care services and health, including commissioning, business assessment, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on health and social care integration, working with partners across the integrated care system to refocus and remodel services in place, to improve population health and deliver more joined-up health and care in a cost-effective manner.
- Take on the statutory DASS role, providing strategic direction and leadership to Adult Social Care services and health.
- Work with partners to set the culture of increased joint working and commissioning, and improvements to service delivery that will make a real difference for our residents.
