Role Summary
As the Area Manager for Strengthening & Supporting Families, you will play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated teams located in various areas. Our approach is rooted in inclusive leadership, and we are looking for an innovative individual to enhance our already rated GOOD Ofsted Children & Families Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire teams based in Goole and Beverley, fostering a strength-based model that empowers families to maintain safety within their homes and communities.
- Oversee the delivery of statutory services in collaboration with multi-agency partners, ensuring a high standard of care and support.
- Utilize your expertise in Children & Family Court Proceedings to guide your teams through periods of change and innovation.
- Analyze performance data, monitor quality assurance, and provide comprehensive reports to the Senior Leadership Team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a qualified registered social worker with a proven track record in managing teams effectively. You should possess strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a dynamic approach to leadership.
