Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Area Manager for our Strengthening & Supporting Families initiative.

As an Area Manager, you will oversee dedicated teams located in various areas, fostering an inclusive and strength-based approach to support families in achieving safety and stability within their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire teams in Goole and Beverley, ensuring effective practice based on inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to deliver essential statutory services.
  • Utilize data analysis to monitor quality assurance and provide insights to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Guide teams through periods of change and innovation, ensuring a smooth transition and adaptation.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified registered social worker with a profound understanding of Children & Family Court Proceedings. You will possess experience in managing teams effectively and will be adept at fostering a culture of collaboration and support.
