Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a good-rated school in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will provide support to students with severe learning difficulties, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to students with severe learning difficulties
* Assist students with reading, writing, and numeracy skills
* Create a positive learning environment and manage challenging behavior
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver activities
* Record student progress and provide feedback to teachers
Requirements:
* Experience working with students with severe learning difficulties
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Patience and understanding when working with students who require additional support
