About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a full-time role. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other colleagues to create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid teachers in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment
- Provide 1:1 support to children, including those with SEND needs
- Assist in organizing and implementing educational activities
- Support children's personal care and educational progress
Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 4pm
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
- Comfortable providing support for SEN children on a 1:1 level
- Have or willing to obtain a Child only DBS
- Live local to High Wycombe or within a commutable distance
