About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Office Administrator to join our team at Carbon60. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality administrative services, including document control, data input and stock management
  • To obtain quotations from suppliers and complete material requisitions for purchasing
  • To maintain accurate records and provide timely reports to senior management
  • To manage travel plans, appointments and agendas for senior site management
  • To prepare presentations and documents as requested by the management team
