Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Site Office Administrator to join our team at Carbon60. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality administrative services, including document control, data input and stock management
- To obtain quotations from suppliers and complete material requisitions for purchasing
- To maintain accurate records and provide timely reports to senior management
- To manage travel plans, appointments and agendas for senior site management
- To prepare presentations and documents as requested by the management team
