Join Our Team as a Wellness Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health professional to work in Cheshire as a Wellness Services Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health surveillance, vaccinations, and health screening, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days of client site work in Liverpool, Manchester, and Cheshire, with the remaining days worked remotely or from our company offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on workplace health and wellbeing through health surveillance assessments.
  • Design and deliver health promotion strategies for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored vaccination and immunisation programmes.
  • Lead health screening initiatives and promote healthy behaviours in the workplace.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Health.
  2. Ongoing registration with the NMC as a RGN.
  3. Proven experience in health surveillance and related areas.
  4. Full UK driving licence and car.
