Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Carbon60. As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative services including document control, data input, and supplier quotations.
- Purchase materials and equipment as required.
- Compile delivery dockets and complete GRNs.
- Maintain stock levels and purchase stationery.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Complete weekly time sheets for payroll purposes.
- Administer the site plant and tool register.
- Assist with on-boarding personnel and training management.
- Participate in HSEQ audits.
- Manage travel plans and agendas for senior site management.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work is essential.
