CRM Insights Manager

About the Role:
As a CRM Insights Manager at Frasers Group, you will be responsible for building stronger relationships with our customers, increasing engagement and retention, and driving customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage the CRM team to continually improve CRM communications.
2. Collaborate with the CRM Executive to optimize all CRM activities across the group.
3. Utilize customer data, modeling, and insights to design and optimize segmentation and content approaches for personalized customer journeys that drive customer value and effectiveness.
4. Achieve performance targets by developing and leading the team to plan and deliver omni-channel journeys utilizing customer-data-based segmentation and propensity models.
5. Embed a data-driven approach utilizing segmentation, lifetime value, intent, and next best action modeling to shift the CRM strategy to be truly customer-led, opposed to channel execution-focused.
6. Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on CRM campaigns and database performance, feeding results back to the wider business.
7. Own the relationship with the email service provider, ensuring that all areas of the platform are optimized and used to their full potential.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role working with customer databases in a numerate and analytical capacity.
2. Strong leadership skills and management experience.
3. Broad knowledge of CRM platforms/ESPs/marketing automation programs.
4. A self-starter mindset, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
5. Results-driven and delivery-focused, with enthusiasm, energy, and determination to achieve results, including those achieved through influence on related teams.
6. Highly numerate with the ability to manage, manipulate, and gain meaningful insights and actions from large data sets.
What's Next:
Our Recruitment Team will review applications, and all candidates will receive a response, whether successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first-stage interview with the Recruiter, which will be behaviorally focused and centered around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful, we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team, which will be more technically focused and could include a presentation/task to see your skills in action.
