About the Role

As a CRM Assistant at Frasers Group, you will play a vital role in managing customer relationships through the effective use of our CRM systems across various brands. This position involves data management, assisting with marketing campaigns, and providing insights to improve customer engagement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CRM team in shaping and developing email marketing calendars based on market trends and insights.
  • Create email briefs and write commercially driven copy to engage customers.
  • Test and ensure the functionality of emails, meeting deadlines and requirements.
  • Develop and test push notifications to enhance customer experience.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to elevate the email offering.
  • Measure the performance of emails, including paid brand activity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
