Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team at Everlast Gyms. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our key systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our gyms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve technical support tickets related to system issues, ensuring timely responses to our gym staff and escalating when necessary.

• Oversee processes related to GDPR compliance, ensuring all data handling and storage meet legal and policy standards.

• Conduct routine audits on direct debits and account transactions to ensure accurate billing, monitor discrepancies, and assist in maintaining membership records.

• Perform daily checks on member accounts and system functionalities to proactively identify and rectify issues.

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to our gyms across the UK, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a membership-based or retail setting.

• Proficiency in system management tools and comfort with various digital platforms and Microsoft packages (Excel is a must).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, especially in audits and ticket tracking.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
