Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fitness Systems Administrator to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our key systems that support the day-to-day operations of our gyms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and resolve support tickets related to system issues, ensuring timely responses to gym staff and escalating when necessary.
  • Oversee processes related to GDPR, ensuring all data handling and storage comply with legal and policy standards.
  • Conduct routine audits on direct debits and account transactions to ensure accurate billing, monitor discrepancies, and assist in maintaining membership records.
  • Perform daily checks on member accounts and system functionalities to proactively identify and rectify issues.
  • Act as the go-to technical support for gyms across the UK, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a membership-based or retail setting.
  • Proficiency in system management tools and comfort with various digital platforms and Microsoft packages (Excel is a must).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, especially in audits and ticket tracking.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
