Job Description

As a Flow Room Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that ensures the smooth operation of our automated systems. You will work closely with the on-site operations team to optimize system and product flow, exceeding operational KPIs across designated areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the on-site operations team to ensure seamless system and product flow
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the systems, reporting any faults and prioritizing waves in line with the daily plan
  • Analyze data in real-time, capturing data from our systems into trackers, monitoring forecasts, and investigating and communicating risks and missed targets to the lead technician
  • Work closely with warehouse operatives, flow room colleagues, shift and section managers, supervisors, trainee supervisors, and the IT and engineering teams
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a data or analytics role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced automated environment
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Next Steps
