About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Flow Room Technician to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of systems and products across designated areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the on-site operations team to optimize system and product flow, exceeding operational KPIs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of systems, reporting faults and prioritizing waves in line with the daily plan.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize operations and analyze data in real-time to inform decision-making.
  • Capture data from systems into trackers, monitor forecasts, and investigate and communicate risks and missed targets to the lead technician.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a data or analytics role within a warehouse environment.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced automated environment.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
