About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flow Room Technician to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth system and product flow to exceed operational KPIs across designated areas.

Working closely with warehouse operatives, flow room colleagues, shift and section managers, supervisors, trainee supervisors, and the IT and engineering teams, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the systems, reporting any faults, prioritizing waves in line with the daily plan, and providing recommendations to optimize operations.

You will also be analyzing data in real-time, capturing data from our systems into trackers, monitoring forecasts, and investigating and communicating risks and missed targets to the lead technician.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the on-site operations team to ensure smooth system and product flow
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the systems, reporting any faults and prioritizing waves
  • Analyze data in real-time, capturing data from our systems into trackers and monitoring forecasts
  • Investigate and communicate risks and missed targets to the lead technician

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a data or analytics role within a warehouse environment
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced automated environment
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
