Therapeutic Learning Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Criminology Graduate to join our team as a Therapeutic Learning Support Assistant in Wokingham. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting vulnerable children and have a strong understanding of mental health-focused schools.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Criminology Graduate to gain practical experience working with children who are at risk of criminal influence. You will work closely with teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
The successful applicant will be able to identify triggers for negative behaviors and recognize underlying learning challenges. We offer a competitive salary of £93.75 per day, based on experience, training, and qualifications, and a long-term temporary contract with potential for permanent employment.
The role involves full-time hours from Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm) and provides an opportunity for professional growth and development in a supportive environment.
