About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employer Branding Specialist to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and making us a top choice for top talent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Employer Branding Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with our company values and culture.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Develop and curate engaging content that effectively communicates our EVP across various platforms, including our careers site and social media channels.
  • Online Presence Management: Manage our online presence to engage with potential candidates, ensuring a cohesive brand experience for current and prospective employees.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employer branding efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engagement, HR, marketing, and recruitment teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience for current and prospective employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Storytelling: Engage with employees to amplify our brand through authentic storytelling and testimonials.
  • Brand Materials Production: Oversee the production of brand materials, ensuring they are inclusive and resonate with a diverse audience.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay abreast of employer branding trends and best practices to innovate and improve our strategy continuously.
  • ROI Reporting: Report on the ROI of employer branding initiatives, demonstrating their impact on talent attraction and retention.
