Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled and organized Corporate Receptionist to provide cover for our reception teams across 3 buildings in the London Bridge area. As a dedicated and flexible team player, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls and emails, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and requests with a positive and friendly attitude
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
