About the Role

Felicity J Lord is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for leading daily meetings, coaching the team to achieve KPIs, and monitoring individual team member performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the lettings team to discuss goals, progress, and challenges
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
  • Attention to detail
