We are looking for a commercially astute individual with a customer-centric approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. As an Assistant Head of Lettings, you will be responsible for driving business generation, supporting the lettings manager and team, and ensuring that all internal audit standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and revenue through effective lettings valuations and marketing strategies
  • Support the lettings manager and team in achieving departmental targets and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers to drive business growth and referrals
  • Identify opportunities to work with and refer business to other departments and divisions

Requirements:

  • Experience in a busy letting estate agency or sales environment
  • Commercially astute with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A full UK driver's Licence
