Felicity J Lord Estate Agents is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for leading daily meetings, coaching the team to achieve KPIs, and monitoring individual team member performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance
  • Encouraging team development and progression
  • Generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards

Essential Skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to create and action business plans
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills
  • Attention to detail
