About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for leading our daily meetings, coaching the team to achieve KPIs, and monitoring individual team member performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team
- Coach the team to achieve KPIs
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance
- Encourage team development and progression
- Focus on generating new and repeat business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Liaise with Tenants and arrange property viewings
- Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
- Ensure the business is risk-averse and follows highest compliance standards
Essential Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit
- Effective communication skills to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and communities
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail
What We Offer
- Complete on-target earnings of £60,000+ per year
- £22,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- £2,500 for the first 3 months of employment, whilst building the pipeline
- Uncapped commission scheme

- Full UK Driving Licence
