About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Lettings team to achieve exceptional results and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Encourage team development and progression, identifying opportunities for growth and training.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and productive team environment.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and make decisions.
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages).
  • Attention to detail.
