Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Educational Support Specialist. This role will involve providing tailored support to pupils with complex needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide support to pupils with complex needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • To work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • To contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic well-being.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
Requirements:
  • A strong passion for education and working with children with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children with special educational needs.
