We are seeking an experienced English Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEMH school in Bromley. As an Education Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing emotional and behavioural support to students aged 7-13 years old.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for English and education. You will be working closely with teachers to develop literacy skills and provide individualised support to students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional and behavioural support to students
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and data management
  • Developing strong relationships with students, teachers and parents

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEMH students and a proven track record of improving student outcomes. A strong understanding of English curriculum and assessment methods is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £85-£100 per day, dependent on experience.
