Job Title: Specialist Autism Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Talent Finder as a Specialist Autism Team Leader. This is a unique opportunity to provide a bespoke package of care, support, and education to two young adults with autism.

The successful candidate will work closely with the twins and their family to develop a personalized care plan, focusing on skills training, support, and education. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and understanding of autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a tailored care plan for the twins, addressing their individual needs and goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to the twins, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Collaborate with the family and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective support network.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan, making adjustments as needed.

  • Experience working with individuals with autism and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
