Job Overview

Talent Finder is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Team Leader to join our team and provide a bespoke package of care, support, and education to two young adults with autism. As a Specialist Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the care and educational support team and working closely with the young adults and their family to develop personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of support assistants to provide care and skills training to the young adults
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of the young adults
  • Work closely with the young adults and their family to ensure their needs are met and their goals are achieved
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and educators, to provide comprehensive support
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
