Job Title: Specialist Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Team Leader to join our team at Talent Finder.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a bespoke package of care, support, and education to 2 young adults with autism.

The role will involve working in the family home to provide care and skills training, as well as leading a small team of support assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care and educational support for the twins
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the family and other professionals to ensure seamless support
  • Provide training and guidance to support assistants

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with autism
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
