Job Title: Specialist Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Team Leader to join our team at Talent Finder Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a bespoke package of care, support, and education to two young adults with autism.

About the Role:

  • Lead the care and educational support for the twins, working in their family home to provide skills training and support.
  • Develop and lead a small team of support assistants to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Collaborate with the family to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Design and implement individualized care and education plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and education programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with autistic individuals and their families.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid full UK driver's license and ability to drive.
