Talent Finder is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Team Leader to join our team. As a Specialist Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing a bespoke package of care, support, and education to two young adults with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care and educational support for the twins, working in their family home to provide a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of the twins.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of support assistants to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Collaborate with the family to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in autism care and education to provide the highest level of support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in autism care and education.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with individuals with autism and their families.
