About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Leadership Team as the Head of Learning and Talent Development. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Learning Strategies
    • Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees and volunteers.
    • Identify and address learning and development needs across the organization.
  • Lead Employee Engagement Initiatives
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address communication needs across the organization.
  • Recruit and Retain Top Talent
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
    • Support the development of our employees and volunteers through coaching, training, and mentoring.
  • Manage People Processes
    • Oversee the management of absence, performance, and disciplinary procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in learning and development, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on business outcomes.
