About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Planning and Performance Manager to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our business strategy and driving performance across our critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to address the evolving demands of our network, clients, and joint venture partners.
  • Drive performance and hold functions accountable for delivery against plan.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics.
  • Set annual budget envelopes for functions.
  • Define and regularly review corporate governance.

Accountabilities

  • Establish and lead a high-performing Business Planning and Performance team.
  • Prepare and regularly review and refine our business plan, considering current challenges, future opportunities, and evolving customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Guide the business in performance management, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Holding business leaders accountable and closely monitoring performance and risk against our Strategic Business Objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate closely with other senior leaders to elevate our performance levels and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A relevant professional qualification and ideally Chartered/Incorporated status with a recognized and relevant UK institution.
  • Experience in business strategy planning, performance management, and budgetary setting in a critical infrastructure environment.
  • Experience of working in a Joint Venture or similar arrangement (desirable).
