Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Hyundai UK team, you will be responsible for driving business performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a monthly planning cycle, defining model and channel objectives, and chairing monthly planning meetings to agree operational plans.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and maintain defined reporting KPIs to identify trends and address performance issues and opportunities.
  • Coordinate the output of regular daily/monthly/reporting requirements, including stock, SMMT, Sisense, and Order Take.
  • Oversee the compilation of regular and ad-hoc presentations to represent Hyundai UK positively at senior management and board level.
  • Manage and administer VETS (Vehicle Emissions Trading Scheme) to ensure compliance against scheme requirements and report performance.
  • Define key strategies to improve overall team performance, reducing duplication and improving efficiencies.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong analytical, planning, and organisational background. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Excellent PC skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Understanding of market and planning principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Motor industry experience, with a proven track record of delivering business performance improvements.
