About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Outsource UK LTD as a Recruitment Operational Performance Manager, overseeing centralised operational teams and activities, ensuring effective delivery of recruitment services across the organisation. As part of the Business Operations Team, you will collaborate with internal teams to calibrate KPIs and SPIs, ensuring consistent and fair performance measures.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the coordinator for all recruitment reporting requirements
Analyse performance metrics, trends, and data from tools such as SNow to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with teams to calibrate KPIs and SPIs, ensuring consistent and fair performance measures
Accurately report on performance against resource demand and generate data insights to drive operational excellence
Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment and onboarding reporting and governance

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £24,495 (PAYE) or £32.44 (Umbrella inside IR35), based on national averages for similar roles in Preston. This is a competitive salary reflecting the skills and experience required for this position.
