In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

* Lead a team of skilled technicians and centre managers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery

* Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

* Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies, aligned with the company's vision and goals

* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

* Achieve targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and cost control

Our Ideal Candidate

We're seeking an accomplished operations manager with a strong background in service and repair operations, preferably within the automotive sector. You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of operational processes, with expertise in areas such as inventory management, supply chain optimization, and team performance metrics.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement within the company.
