About the Role

You will work in collaboration with our customers and account managers to maximise the value delivered by the world's largest email-based risk assessment solution. Your results will lead to immediate real-world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraud losses and as a result, increased customer profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive analysis of accounts to identify improvements
  • Optimising the risk assessment to more accurately detect high-risk transactions
  • Providing thought leadership to customers during business reviews
  • Leveraging real-time digital identity intelligence, analysing millions of transactions per month for some of the largest companies operating in Financial Services, Insurance, e-Commerce
  • Supporting business reviews for key accounts through the creation and presentation of analytical insights relating to the customers' deployment
  • Conducting proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers' solution performance is maintained and improved
  • Performing targeted rule adjustments to help our customers address emerging risks
  • Providing business support through fraud analysis and research
  • Conducting routine fraud review verification and ensure corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner
  • Improving fraud detection performance by optimising the false positive/fraud capture rate
Requirements
  • Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes
  • Demonstrate good research skills and Interest in fraud analysis for real-life scenarios
  • Demonstrate good oral and written communications skills in English. Other languages ideal
