About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Growth and Development to join our Development team in Leeds. As a key leader, you will drive business growth and development across the region, while supporting our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • IDentify and pursue new business development opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to win and deliver new work within a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment.
  • Work closely with our Regional Director and local office leadership to develop and implement growth strategies and plans, aligning with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to clients and colleagues, ensuring compliance with SHEQ policies and procedures, and promoting best practices across the industry.
  • Act as Project Director for major projects and commissions, leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Degree level qualification in transport planning or civil engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering new business opportunities and driving business growth, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Broad range of project experience across transport planning or civil design for developments, with a focus on client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A highly competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience.
