The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex care environments. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care and support.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of service users.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on service user outcomes and care delivery.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
